Designing an Accessibility Portal for a Higher Education Institution

Education has a vital role in improving one's quality of life. Therefore, education should be inclusive or can easily accessed by anyone without exception. Brawijaya University is one the universities that incorporates an campus program into its policies. All facilities and infrastructure accessible to benefit entire academic community University. But reality, at are still not fully accessible. One thing needs developed support creation environment existence online portal source information for related disability accessibility. Using Design Thinking method, author researches Accessibility Portal This study aims propose design solution problems above. research process involves stakeholders (PLD website manager). From this research, produced form high-fidelity prototype which was then tested using Single Ease Question method. The gets effectiveness rate 98% average ease value 6.51 points from each given task scenario. test concludes succeeded providing relatively easy implement on PLD website.
